New customers will receive a free sizing kit dispatched for the next working day. Existing customers will already have their sizes saved so the order process is faster. Please then follow the instructions on the sizing kit. Once Farah Nails has received your sizes back, we can then start working on your set.
Please note that depending on the complexity of the nail set, Farah Nails aims to complete each set within 5-7 working days. If there is any delay in the given timeframe, we will notify you immediately. Once completed, the sets are then shipped out to you.
Please understand there’s no ‘guarantee’ to how long Farah Nails last as it highly depends on application and aftercare, however the sticky tabs can last up to a week; glue lasting up to 2 weeks. With good care, you should be able to reuse the nails over and over again!
